Grand Rapids police seek help locating a suspect in an armed robbery of a local bank on Monday morning.

Authorities say a man entered the Flagstar Bank on 44th St. SW at about 9:40 a.m., implied he had a gun, and demanded money from a bank employee.

He fled with an undetermined amount of money shortly after.

The suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 40 and 50 and between 5-foot-8 to 6 feet tall.

He was last seen wearing a black Detroit Tigers skull cap, black coat, green pants and glasses.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the GRPD, or Silent Observer at 774-2345.
